Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artwork and custom commissions, all sales of made-to-order items are final. These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Custom Products (prints, non-personalized items)
If you purchased a non-custom item (e.g. open edition print), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with European consumer law.
